Anjin Investments Mining Company has an average of 500 operational employees with the majority under mining and plant departments.
Remuneration
Operational employees are remunerated in accordance with minimum NEC pay rates and in dual currency. Besides being NEC compliant in terms of remuneration, Anjin Investment Company facilitated the establishment of a workers committee under the guidance of Zimbabwe Diamond and Allied Workers Union, a registered trade union in Zimbabwe.
Recruitment Policy
Prospective candidates wishing to be employed at operational level can physically drop their CVs at the mine offices or avail applications through the company email or bring a letter of recommendation from the Chief or headman of their respective areas. As for management vacancies, applications can be send to Head Office email address as indicated in the advertisement vacancy notice.
Various Specialised Jobs Available
The mine has a number of specialized jobs among others, Front-End Loader operators, Excavator operators, Dozer operators, Dump Truck drivers and mechanics.
GENDER MAINSTREAMING
At the management level, the aggregate percentage of female managers is 50%. Anjin is gender compliance at the management level in line with the Gender Policy of Zimbabwe. Due to masculinity nature of mine work, the company is still working to establish a gender balance at lower levels.
